The Amihan team was founded by a 36 years old man, Mr. George Plaza a.k.a. “botchok “or “Kuya Jun”. He acts as a father to the team and their mentor as well. Kuya Jun does not only teach them

the sports they are into right now, rather he also trains the boys how to survive in life.
As early as 5:00am in the morning the boys should be all up and do the chores that were assigned to them. Part of their discipline is doing the chores such as washing dishes, cleaning the beach, cooking, after accomplishing the chores, the boys are free to fool around and play. Vices are a big issue.
